Do you know your strengths?

Throughout my career in education and leadership, both in the UK and internationally, I have had a strong belief in the power of coaching conversations, using my skills and training in positive psychology and coaching to empower teachers, leaders in schools, and young people and their parents. I know that everyone of us has the necessary resources to reach their full potential.

As Headteacher of the British School of Amsterdam after leading the senior school through both a multi-million Euro building project and the Covid pandemic, I recognised that it was time to make a career change. I was encouraged to discover my strengths.  Suddenly everything made sense to me and I was able to draw upon my uniqueness to begin to reassess, set new goals and move forward. Through coaching I began to understand what it felt like to be completely aligned with a new purpose.

I felt empowered. Energized.

My own personal experience of coaching has enabled me to find clarity in my vision and deal with the limiting beliefs that were not serving me in my life, that were in fact holding me back. Coaching supported me as I pivoted my career.  I dedicated time to engage in learning, mentoring and peer coaching to further develop my skills and gain certification and accreditation through the International Coaching Federation.

Do you want to feel empowered? Feel re-energized?

I am passionate about working with you to unlock your true potential.  In our coaching sessions you will be given the confidential space to explore what is blocking you in living in true alignment with your values and innate strengths. I am not afraid of “digging deep” and asking those powerful questions to enable you to reflect on and question your current thoughts, feelings and actions.

I will work with you to support you through a significant change process.  Each session we will clarify your goal and work in partnership to achieve this.  Through non-judgemental exploration of thoughts and feelings behind your actions I know that your coaching journey will create lasting change from within.

Find out how you can work with me.
